Server pours Wine, Water, Tea, and refills soda. If you serve a bottle of beer the customers will fill their own glass of beer.

Bartender does the rest.

Only Wine The bartender gets the rest

You must consult your manager first...........yes here the waiters do that with much elan...............i enjoy watching their grace............it is part of their cirruculum you see

That will be up to your boss and the policy of the restaurant. Ask them and do not be afraid, they are there to guide you, until you learn.

i dont think sake and beer i dont think is necessary.. i just went to aa japanese restaurant a few days ago and when i ordered sake it just came in the bottle and i helped myself... hope this helps... but i could be wrong
