well it depends on how drunk they are and how experienced of a drinker they are.
If you did that to me though, I would make you buy me a whole new bottle.
I'm not calling you out or anything but if you really poured a 4th of a cup of water into the tequila and it tastes the same to you...you either aren't an experienced drinker (or are really drunk)...or that is some really cheap tequila.
That water will help with the hang over! LOL!
