What kind of alcohol is southern comfort?!

Question: Southern Comfort is a straight Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey that is not blended. It is aged in either American or French oak barrels. The inside of the barrels are slight charred before beingd. After they have been used for 8 batches, they are sold to Scotch distillers in Scotland and used to make Scotch Whiskey. As it is with all Bourbons, it is aged at least 3 years and has at least an 80% proof.

Unlike several other Bourbons, Southern comfort goes well when mixed with other sides such as water, soda, coke, or just about anything that is sweet.

Finally, Southern Comfort is made from at least 55% corn mash as its main ingredient.
