A Carrot Cake!
1 shot Baileys
1 shot cinnamon schnapps
1 shot butterscotch schnapps
Combine them all over ice.
Believe it or not, this really does taste like a piece of carrot cake!

1 short shot freshly brewed espresso
2-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Blend till thick and smooth
Serve in a large cognac snifter drizzled first with caramel sauce in a squeeze bottle. (Optional: Top with Whipped Cream and drizzle with more caramel.)
