Answers: Either way you drink too much you will get sick... I think It is a myth does not matter how you drink it it all gets absorbed in to your system.. Your fine in moderation...

Personally, I drink beer before dinner and wine with dinner.
I never had a problem, it works well for me.

honestly i drink whatever i want... and im usually fine just monitor it and don't drink cheap wine that stuff will give you head pain for sure
