How many gallons are in a keg of beer?!

Question:

How many gallons are in a keg of beer?

I had a patient tell me that he drinks a keg of beer a week, I would like to know how many gallons of beer a day he is drinking.

Answers:

or you can get a smaller one (pony) that has 7.5 or 5 gallons
