Why aren't my Coors Light "Cold Certified" cans functioning properly?!

Question: I've noticed recently that the mountain no longer turns blue when the can is cold. I remember when they first came out they seemed to work quite well, yet now I have to rely on touching the can to find out if it's actually cold enough or not, and that's not always an accurate method, seeing as the outside could be colder then the contents.
