If you throw up too many times from hard alchohol will your body start to reject it?!
Answers: I used to be able to drink almost whole fith by myself and be fine. But I have thrown up four times from hard alchohol now (one rum, one vodka, one whiskey, and one gin). And last night i took about four shots of vodka and puked. Is my body rejecting the substance? Whats going on? Because I Know that it is not the amount that I had consumed. I can drink a 12 pack of beer and be good for the night, and I am a 114 lb. women. Am I puking because I have thrown up hard a. so many times?
yes. its a survival trait. if you eat something and then you get sick, your body rejects it as a way of telling you its dangerous. hard alcohol of course will not poison you unless you drink a lot, but the body doesnt know that.
Honestly, it is normal for the body to reject any form of alcohol. It is toxic, therefore the body does not want it.
Heaving is normal when you have too much.
As to why it's happening after 4-5 shots, could be your chemistry is changing.
When i was 25, i went through a stretch of about 2-3 years i couldn't touch beer. One beer and i'd get an upset stomach.
Was very glad when i went out of that phase.
Hard alcohol is very toxic. Listen to your body and go for beer and maybe wine.
Dont Drink is the best answer
It's mostly psycological. But you should really stop drinking till you puke or you won't be able to drink anything without remembering how sick it made you in the past.
I also think it's psychological. But your body may also be changing. I used to be able to drink a fifth on my own as well and now...5 or six shots and I'm trashed. It could also be a tolerance issue. Maybe before, you were a more seasoned drinker...?
Alcohol is a low grade poison. Puking is the first sign of alcohol poisoning. Your liver is failing. Stop drinking and seek medical help.
