Seriously though if drinking is affecting your health then it is most likely high time for a lifestyle change. I feel for you if that is the case. But your health is more important than a drink.

I thnk he means don't drink as often as you do. listen to him, he's trying to keep your liver functioning and you alive. I have people with health problems from overdrinking in my family and believe me you don't want their issuses.
