if you were to have a blood test for drink driving how would you get the results?

as the other details say NOONE WAS DRINK DRIVING IT IS A LIE JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW YOU WOULD GET THE RESULTS IF YOU HAD BEEN DONE FOR DRINK DRIVING PLEASE READ PROPERLY BEFORE GIVING ME ABUSE!!!!!

Two samples are taken. You get one and the police keep the other. You are supposed to get your sample independently tested, usually by your doc.

AFTER you get clean and sober -
before they release you from your cell???

don't think you get a sample your self you just have to wait for a letter from the police it will say one of two things your sample was below the legal limit so no action is going to be taken or your sample was above the legal limit and here's your court date hope this helps
I'm not sure but i would assume that they would have to put the results in writing and provide him with a copy. he will also have to send away his licence if it has to have points put on it.

the results would be giving from the test when stopped then in writing when you recieved your punishment i guess but why would he lie?
