Brewer Yeast?!

Question: I am 16 years old and my mom prefered me to take brewer yeast pills and i dont know what does it do to you and i just got the pills last week and i took one of them with some food and now i been urining alot and when i urine its had a little pain

Brewer's yeast should not cause that sort of problem. It is used as a good source of B vitamins. Tell your mother that the best way to take brewer's yeast is by drinking a bottle of homebrew (or several).
