Is there any diet that helps a regular drinker save her/his liver health?!

Question: Except quit drinking!

Answers: Except quit drinking!

Gotta disagree with Tom K. Quitting isn't easy at all. Done it myself and it was probably the hardest thing I've ever done.

You need to quit or cut it down to nearly nothing.

After quitting/cutting down, you need to start with a very healthy organic diet heavy on foods high in antioxidants.

Take it one day at a time and don't be afraid to ask for moral support from friends and family!

Good Luck!!

Quiting drinking is easy. I've done it hundreds of times. Go on a juice fast. Buy a vegetable juicer, some organic produce and don't eat anything but fresh juice for 7 days (no alcohol, either). You'll feel much better. Than you can go back to destroying your liver!

Happy Drinking!

Water, wateR, and WATER. Also try to cut down on the drinking , to two times a week.

Vitamin E.

A non alcoholic diet ,may do the trick.

Um, EXCEPT quit drinking? That's a shot in the dark, unfortunately! lol, It's good that you're worried about your health and your liver, but if you ACTUALLY want to DO something about it ... quit drinking. :)

yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!stop drinking

Absolutely.
The penal diet served Chinese who wait with that new liver
until your scheduled arrival and their lethal injection. Until
February, 2008, it was a bullet discharged into rear of skull
but you can imagine the reduced profit line in eyeball sales?

unfortunatly there isnt any diet that will save your livers health.. every time u drink, the alcohol is filtered through ur liver.. which obviously detereorates overtime with heavy use.. no matter how many vegetables or how many vitamins or how many cleanses you do.. nothing can save your liver once its going.

mind u things like detox's MAY help.. but again.. its not going to save you.. if you want to get good suggestions.. ask your doctor about detox's that could help your liver function better.
