I'm actually from the UK so is US jello the same as our jelly, I was told to maybe add Gelatine

jello shots are easy just substitute some of the water for vodka (about a 1/4 should do) or for a real treat do a vodka melon. buy a water melon about 3 days before the event and bash a small funnel into it over the next few days keep refilling the funnel with vodka then on party night slice the melon and serve. tremendous!!! all the vodka soaks in to the melon and the taste is fantastic.
just like normal jello but replace 1/4 of the water with vodka or rum.

Use alachol instead of cold water. There are many varations. Lemon and lime jello cover the alachol taste quite well......be careful, they hit you fast.

same concept as regular yello but with a twist. the best liquor to use for this is rum, vodka or tequila. you do one cup of hot water and totally dissolved the yello. then add one cup of liquor (make sure the liquor is cold). then pour in small cups or paper cups. and let them set over night./ the best ones are the tropical punch flavor and the pineapples one but that is my taste.
Follow the recipe, except when it calls for the cold water add the amount it calls for of something that will taste good with the flavor of jello. IE peach jello, peach schnapps, watermelon jello, watermelon pucker The puckers make really good flavors with the jello.
our jello is geletin, the brand name is actually called jello but for our jello it's already pre-made you just add water, i don't know how your jello works but how ever use about 1/2 a cup of vodka in place of some of the water (my friends and i usuallly top our with whipped cream when we take them) ,, the other thing i use to like to make is a water melon filled with vodka ... you peirce the skin make a small hole and slowly add the vodka I add about a quart i guess it'd be about a litter. and i put it in the fridge for a few days and you can't take the alchol but wow does it get you drunk.
yumm i made some here are some hints: *replace 1/2 of the water with liquer. (the part you dont cook)
*use the right kind of jello with the right kind of liquer..tequlia+lime, vodka=apple and so on
*make sure you have enough time to make them hard
*i put plastic wrap over them so it doesnt have that nasty skin on top
**and the main thing is to remember they are really strong!!!

I do half water half vodka. Best place for the cups is a McDonals or roy rogers, There you can ask the manager and more times than not they'll give you the cups to use for them (The ones for the ketchup, BBQ sauce, etc at the fixins bar).
The best way to make them is make jello normally and when you have to put the cold water in, put vodka in. If you are selling them at a party, put a tiny amount of vodka on top of each shot so people taste it and think that they are getting really strong shots.
