Depends what state your in, in some states its illegal for the liquor store owners or the liquor companies to give away theyre promo items, but if not then you can look up the distributors on line, in Texas its usually Glazers or Republic Natonal, give them a call and ask for info on how to get one, if your a licensed establishement you should have no problem, if not try to befriend a bar or nightclub owner and have them order one for you.
Hope this helps, on the other hand......Who gives theyre Mom a huge tequila 1800 bottle as a gift!!??

Talk to the manager of the liquor store? Those are promo items from the distributor.

ask thhhhhhhe stores or go to a specialty liquor store

Are you talking about a display item? If that's the case I would suggest you talk to the person in the (alcohol) beverage department and/or their distributor. You may be able to get one from the distributor for a fee. Another option would be to see if you could order it online. Do a search on eBay or Google (sorry Yahoo! but I typically get better results through Google).

See if the owner of the Liquor store will give it to you, It's just used for promotional reasons....
