Question: I was at the 99 cent store with a friend and found a whole aisle of different wines.

My mom used to live near a 99cent store, in California. She used to buy some of the wine and sparkling wine (aka champagne) there, once in a while. She said it wasn't too bad.

Sadly, I don't have one of those near me. And even if I did, PA wouldn't allow them to sell the wine. You have to go to a Wine and Spirits store.

I really detest the LCB.

I would be willing to bet that they're not very good, but it never hurts to try - if you don't like it just dump it out.
