Which alcohol & liquor has the lowest carbs & calories?!

Question: You might want to try "Light" alcohols. I work in a liquor store and we sell Light Vodka, Light Brandy, Light Whiskey, etc. Pair these with healthier mixers like diet soda, crystal light, light juice, etc.

Stay away from liqueurs. They add a lot of sugar to those.

Also, beer is an option. Michelob Ultra is advertised to be low carb. As well as Budweiser Select. And from Miller there is Miller Genuine Draft Light which is coming out in March with a new formula called MGD 64. It has only 64 calories per 12 oz. serving and only 2.4 grams of carbs.

If you like wine, there is about 128 calories in a 6 oz. glass.

Personally, I like Vodka and about 1/2 a sugar-free redbull. Tastes great and only has about 60 cals.

Hope I helped!
