Poor you! Try to drink as much water as you can. Go for a lie down in a dark room and take 2 paracetamol. When you feel hungry have something spicy like curry, chilli or kebab. Hope you feel better soon.

Keep drinking

go snorkelling

Water is always good, flush your system out, but i always fund greasy food helps to (Bacon / egg / sausage or McDonalds etc).

Drink less alcohol

Drink lots and lots of water. this helps dilute the alchol in your system and help it pas through quicker.
Now, walk DON'T DRIVE to your nearest pharmacy if you can and get some anti-hang over pills.
Othre wise do exersise and drinks heaps off water.

Hope this helps =)

the best way is by drinking beer in the morning.

I wonder how many times this question has been asked....

Drink lots of water, take Aleve and have yourself a meal. The answer to every single "how to get rid of a hangover" question.

wine gives bad hang overs. orange juice, lots of water, fruit and asprin usually helps me the most. sometimes a shot of 151 is all you can do though.

use a banana bag.

I am not surprised you feel rough after mixing wine with beer lol! Have some bitters in club soda or Sprite, and eat some fatty food.

Take an aspirin, drink lots of water and eat starchy foods , like bread, eggs eg. The English breakfast is good . Hydrate your body throughout the day with fruit juices, cause your body is dehydrated and you feel that somebody hit you in the head with a hammer.

BIG BREAKFAST SHOWER AND BRISK WALK TO LOCAL FOR HAIR OF THE DOG

Hello,

(ANS) A hang over is caused by the ETHANOL contained within the alcohol a person drinks. The ethanol causes a) dehydration so you are advised to drink lots of water and b) go for a gentle quiet walk or stroll as this will help you to gain more oxygen to the brain.

**DO NOT consume any more alcohol i.e. hair of the dog as this will only make you feel far worse.

**Eating lots of food to mop up the alcohol is another myth too, it wont help either.

**Drinking lots of water will help your body because it will help flush out the alcohol & ethanol from the liver & kidneys. This will take another 24/48hrs or possibly more depending upon the amount drunk originally.

Hangovers are caused by dehydration. Drink a bottle of Gatorade before going to bed. This should do the trick. If you wake up with a hangover, drink a lot of water (or more Gatorade) and go back to sleep for a little bit, that will cure you.

dont drink.....hahaha

raw egg and milk wisk together and drink

Drink great volumes of water( about 6 pints) and have lots of sugary drinks. The sugar will rid the body of alcohol.

When you get home just nuke a Cuppa- noodles and when you take it out of the MW, crack an egg in it STIR and eat. Drink a giant glass of water and crash....

lots of water and a nice long walk x

Plenty of carbohydrates - ie bread, rice, pasta etc and lots of water - and aresolve never to do it again!
