Answers: Yes it is 20% alcohol but no you can't get drunk over three. Last night I had 4 but don't drink it straight up. Straght-up kahlua could fail your kidneys and is very bad for you. I recommend a White Russian.(Kahlua and Milk)

very unlikely! unless your like 12 and never got drunk b4! and straight up kahula will certainly not give you kidney failure! quite honestly u shud b doing at least 6-8 vodka (which is 37%) shots to get drunk (unless u dont usually drink/havnt eaten much)!!
All three shots of Kahlua will do is maybe give you a stomach ache from the sugar. Mix it with milk and vodka for a White Russian (not just with milk, as stated above). Use the following recipe:

1 part Kahlua
2 parts vodka
milk or half-and-half
ice
Fill a tall glass (16 oz.) with ice. Add the Kahlua and vodka. Fill the glass the rest of the way with milk or half-and-half (use the latter for a creamier drink). Stir and enjoy!
