I don't know the percentage, but I think it's 15 mg.
normally, 15ml per little cup that comes with it. So however many cups multiplied times 15. If your planning on overdosing nyquil use dayquil instead cause nyquil will knock you out. I heard around 1000 ml is fatal, but if you do plan on ODing then stay around 250-300 ml (I think that's about one bottle).
