Getting ready for the summer, how do you hydrate for the summer?!

Question: jack daniels lemonade, oh yeah.

Answers: jack daniels lemonade, oh yeah.

H** if Im going to "scr** mikes hard"...I plan to hydrate w/ awesome Mountain Spring water and You!, LOL,TC/God bless..<KLHugzU>;)

lots and lots of delicious water.

Actually that really isn't a good choice for hydration. The sugar in the lemonade creates a hypertonic solution that actually draws water out of your cells which can lead to dehydration.

As a side point, Jack Daniels Lemonade sure is tasty though. Screw Mike's hard!

yep, i am preparing, drinking a couple of beers here and there to hydrate for summer.... =)
