I know that juices (and tea) can turn fairly quickly if not refrigerated. I read someplace that after only a few hours they can start to grow bacteria, and that's why you need to keep an eye on your kids sippy cup if they have juice in it.

Juice can ferment although doubtful in that amount of time. Perhaps it was just warm.
Although how much did you drink? You sure spell funny. I can't imagine anyone spelling like that on purpose.

blah! I don't know

If it sat out more often than you think, then it turned hard. Trust me... my kids leave it out all the time. By the time I catch it... it's already starting to ferment, and then my 7 year-old yells that it tastes weird.

Try adding some yeast and a little sugar. You would then have apple wine after a while. Yum.

It probably just tasted funny because it was warm. Nothing can happen to it in just two hours of being unrefrigerated.

It wasn't alcohol. You didn't have the right environment for it to ferment. You just had apple juice that went bad, that's why it says to refrigerate after opening.

perhaps someone put vodka in it as a prank? or gin maybe?
