What is a good alcoholic fruit punch recipe?!

Question:

What is a good alcoholic fruit punch recipe?

I am doing my own catering for my engagement party and I was just wondering if anybody had any good ideas for a fruit punch. I was thinking maybe using wine instead of spirits but I don't know how to go about it.
Any help would be great!

Answers:
Tropical Fruit Juice
Mixed Fruit Pieces (either canned or fresh)
Lemonade
Ginger Ale
Champagne or Vodka

Aunty Rachel's Luau Punch
Non-alcoholic Punch!

Malolo Brand strawberry syrup for juice
Fresh bottled water (not tap water)
2 (1 liter) bottles ginger ale
1 (1 liter) bottle sprite or 7up
1 gallon French Vanilla ice cream
Fresh cut fruits such as Honey dew melon, oranges, apples, cantaloupe, grapes, strawberries and pineapples, sweet and cut in cubes
1 block ice (clear not frosted)

In a very large Punch Bowl, place the block ice in the center of the bowl.

Mix the strawberry juice syrup and bottled water. The sweetness is to your taste, this is the foundation of the punch so it is better that the foundation is not too watery.

Add the ginger ale and 7up and taste, it should not be too sweet but just right.

With an ice cream scooper, place the ice cream around the bowl. Be sure that the taste is just right.

Add the fresh fruits in the bowl and serve in champagne glasses for a formal event or regular punch glasses for family gatherings.

Garnish with Mint.

Be sure that some ice cream and fresh fruits are served in each glass.

You may add liquor, however, be sure that your choice matches the sweetness of the punch.

Note:
If you wish to make it ahead of time, allow the taste to be on the sweet side, because by the time the party gets started, lets say within 20 minutes, the ice should water down the sweetness, but be sure to make a final taste before serving, and make the necessary adjustments.

The little children will love it and the ladies will enjoy it.

Sangria FTW!! you can get sangria mix at any liqour store and in order to add that special touch add strawberrys and other fruits. Sangria is a spanish kind of wine. Very fruity and delicious. You can also do a very nice Chianti with blackberry syrup in it. Delicious. If you want everyone good and drunk mix everclear and a handle of vodka together with like 7 different kinds of berry and tropical koolaid. Tastes like sweet tarts but will get everyone hammered. However i doubt thats what your going for ;)

Champange punch is always a big hit and this recipe is really good!

Makes about 16 cups, serving 12. You can double or triple this recipe for more people.

1 cup Triple Sec
1 cup brandy
1/2 cup Chambord
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 quart chilled ginger ale
2 chilled 750-ml. bottles dry champagne

In a bowl combine the Triple Sec, the brandy, the Chambord and the pineapple juice and chill the mixture, covered, for at least 4 hours or overnight. In a large punch bowl combine the Triple Sec mixture, the ginger ale, and the champagne and add ice cubes

Have you ever tried rum punch?
Is easy just mix some fruit punch with rum and that's it!

What about daiquiri?
Take some berries and blend it with sugar, water, and ice, like a cranberry smoothie, then put some vodka on it and mix
