Can this make moonshine?!

Question: my friend told me if you use cooking wine to boil the alcohol off and make it evaporate into a tube that ran into a cooling area it would be pure alcohol right or not?

Yes, but you'd have to continue to distill it, one distillation would not be pure alcohol, in fact you can never reach pure alcohol, some water will always come along for the ride, you can only hope to minimize it.

Sounds good to me

Distilled wine is brandy. Moonshine is usually made with corn or grain.

But stills are potentially dangerous and they are illegal in the US. Seriously, this isn't something to try if you are asking questions like this.

That's gonna make you get the sh!ts get the real deal uncle ignoramo and be done with it!

If you make a reflux still you can get 96% the first run.Take a look around www.homedistiller.org
