YES. MIX BEER WITH WEIGHT LOSS DRINKS OR POWDER. WORKED FOR ME.

excercise?

( I don't think I spelled that word right, at allllll )

alright, just eat good n' stuff.
I know it sounds corney, and weird but it's true.

instead of using beer as a beverage that you add on to your meals, count the beer as part of your meal. Alcohol was originally made as a form of carbohydrate and a a way to have clean water so get back to the roots of the beauty of beer.

You drink beer on a regular basis? If beer is making you gain weight you're probably going to gain even more if you keep drinking it. Miller lite is the lowest-calorie beer, but even that will put some weight on. Beer is empty calories.

go on the Guinness diet. eat fruit for breakfast and a salad with nuts and protein like tofu or chicken for lunch (be careful about your dressing) and then have as much Guinness (or whatever beer you like) as you want for dinner. Just make sure you don't eat Taco Bell or crap after you are drunk.... it'll ruin the diet! :) Oh don't forget to drink water too!

Switch to light beers and consider drinking less. I read off the back of a 24oz can of some beer (I don't remember which) but it claimed if contained 220 calories, per serving - which was two in the can.

Like beers are more around 120-170 range. Don't think drinking spirits or wine will settle the problem either. A single shot can have 70 or more calories and a glass of wine is comperable to a beer.

Alcohol, in many regular drinkers, also depresses motabolism rates too. So that probably explains more than anything else why you have gained weight.

Other things you can do - cut out fat from other parts of your diet and excercise regularly, and intensly, about 2 hours a day. Also if people in your family tend to be over weight then its just your DNA.

It's a tough choice.

The only suggestion I have is to drink a lot more beer, until you throw up. That way you enjoy the drinking and get rid of it before it turns into fat.

That's my health tip for today.

drink light beer unless you are going to be binge drinking, in that case it really doesn't matter if it's light or not and you'll most likely gain some weight. Otherwise, just make sure you eat healthy and exercise reguarly. You won't lose weight this way though, you'll only have a chance at maintaining your current weight

You can drink beer and lose weight, but dont eat anything else

On days ya drink...don't eat.On days ya eat...don't drink.

You can get blonde beers that have next to no carbs in them - try those

I just learned that more calcium in your diet (dairy products)
help gobble up the fat and it comes out in the bathroom.
Being busier should give you less time to keep downing
those cans............ plus the more active you are expect less
of a high as it burns off the buzz and drinking more is self-
defeating.
Life style changes are a great way to go for both of you and
a good example for your young girlfriend.

Sorry-spoken like a MOM!!!
