Units, Millilitres, Centilitres, Grams - know your limits?!

Question:

Units, Millilitres, Centilitres, Grams - know your limits?

I've just read a news item about drink driving where someone was 10 times over the limit. The story reported the number of grams of alcohol in the person's blood. That seems pretty meaningless to me. Does anyone know how many grams of alcohol are in a G&T or a beer? Not that I'm planning to drink and drive, but I'd still like to know.
