Accidentally froze a bottle of chardonnay. Is it still good if I thaw it out?!
Answers: I put it in the freezer to chill it and forgot about it! OOPS!
Yes, it'll be perfectly drinkable.
It may not have all the freshness of a wine that hasn'tbeen frozen, but it'll be OK
You may see some tiny white crystals, like shards of glass, so let the bottle stand upright to let them fall down to the bottom. They'll be tartartic crystals brought out of suspension by the cold.

you can thaw it and drink it but it doesn't taste as good
I don't recommend it, however if you are up for the taste you certainly are welcome to try it.
Drink a couple of glasses of good wine, then your taste buds will be desensitized and the frozen wont be half bad!
Probably not....but I'd give it a shot. Worst case is you spit it back out and throw it away.
never know until you try, try it and let me know. It maybe a new treat like a wine slushy!
If it doesn't taste good enough to drink you can always cook with it. I bet the taste will not be too bad.
