Goldschlager?!

Question:

Goldschlager?

is goldschlager containing real gold flakes or they're only fakes??

Answers:
Yes, it's real gold. Every bottle contains less than 0.1 grams of 24k gold flakes. In total, it's about $1.00 (USD) worth of gold per bottle.

Gold is inert in the human body, and does not corrode or break down. It passes through the intestine completely, without affecting anything.

The website below is a very funny site devoted to finding out how much gold is in Goldschlager.

Not sure.. but I wouldn't having some right now!

yep. 24 kt gold flakes, yet typically not enough to make you sick or cause a reaction being that the body cannot digest metals, unless if you're just simply allergic to gold.

Yep they are real gold flakes in there.

Yeah I asked this question a while ago. Apparently it is real gold leaf just a very small amount, it is indigestible and virtually unreactive. The only real reason it is there is as a gimmick to boost the sales and excitement of a relatively mediocre drink.

it is real gold, but has not been cool since the 90's.

Yes, real gold. And I would like to disagree with the post that it is a mediocre drink. I really like it, plus it seriously has a strong aphrodisiac effect. I'm not a light weight, I usually like Jack straight up, but when I'm feeling frisky, Golds the only way to go!
