Any good recipes for making liquor???!

Question: also, how would you put your own signature taste into it to make it different than the rest? any special spices you can use?

the nice thing about vodka and other grain alcohols is that they are flavorless so you can infuse them with just about anything you prefer... Try to let them infuse with your chosen flavor for at least 2 weeks (the longer the better just keep an eye on it to make sure nothing is rotting by chance) So have patience.
Anything that is cream based will not work so don't try it...
Do not use ginger though--- i tried that it's gross!
When you try to think of items to infuse with think of things that sound pleasurable to drink.

*never boil anything when starting with a plain alcohol base otherwise you cook the good stuff out ( aka alcohol)

I make my own khahlua- 100proof vodka, water, instant coffee, sugar, vanilla. I have made variations on the original by adding cinnamon, chocolate syrup, hazelnut flavoring
