Do you think the French are the greatest wine makers in the world?!

Question:

Do you think the French are the greatest wine makers in the world?

Answers:
As much as I love a fine red Bordeaux or Burgundy, there are many California Cabs and Meritages, as well as Pinot Noirs that I think are just as good if not better for less money. There are also great wines from Tuscany, Super Tuscans, that are excellent as well, Masseto Ornellaia has received a 100 score from Wine Spectator, and it is Merlot like a Pomerol. I could go on, Oregon, Washington, Chile, Australia...etc. There are many wonderful wines outside of France.

nope

well maybe then the Italians going to complain!! or the oldest ones from Greece!!

Nah i think french wines are overrated, Some are good, but I'd take a Pinotages from South Africa or a nice Italian wines any day.
