Why don't I ever get hangovers?!

Question: I drink and drink until I throw up but the next day I only feel tired. I never get hangovers, and I'm not even a very experienced drinker - so why is that?

Hangover are result of Dehydration.. Alcohol takes all your body fluids in order to get digest by your liver, By throwing up, you are getting rid of all the alcohol waiting to be digest to your liver. It takes an hour for every four ounces of alcohol to exit your system...So by the time you wake up ...you are sober as a Sunday's priest...
Also if you drink juices with your alcohol...speed up the digestion of alcohol and help the liver to process faster.
but not with soda ( like coke )

If you never got a hangover, then how do you know what it feels like? Maybe what u feel IS a hangover!

Maybe you are well hydrated. If you take aspirin with lots of water the night before, you have less of a chance of getting a hangover, so that could be it.

Just be happy and don't question it. Whenever you say never it seems to happen. Good luck when it does.

You didn't specify what you drink regularly. Different types of alcoholic beverages have different effects on the body.

no throbbing headache when you are hugging the toilet???? Wow! I would say good genes, or luck! maybe in a few years it will get harder to get over a hard night of drinking.

If you never got a hangover, how do you know what a hangover feels like?????? HA got you!!! If you throw up, you get rid of the excess alchoal in your stomach which makes you more likely to not get a hangover. maybe your next question should be what does a hangover feel like?

depends on what you drank...some people get hangover drinking your kind of drink....and surprisingly...you don't

you must not be ingesting much of it if you throw up all the time.

Probably because you throw up.

it all depends on what you drink, i get worse hangovers from wine myself as they go straight to my head...lol it sounds funni but im serious. Too much bourbon and coke usally makes me feel like **** the next day. Maybe you shud try n drink some stronger stuff instead of lollywater.

if you don't get "hangovers" then you should not say noting i get them when i drink to much but if U dnt then B happy

You are LUCKY...that's why.
