Which drink do you think would go better with grilled shark, bourbon or scotch?!

Question: You can never go wrong with a good scotch. Grilled shark sounds good I would like to try that!

Answers: You can never go wrong with a good scotch. Grilled shark sounds good I would like to try that!

bourbon goes with everything.

Either would be fine before or after, but not during the meal. White wine

Neither. Get a white likker and some lime

it really depends on the persons palet..personally, id take scotch straight up/on the rocks

Either would be fine for after the meal.
For a drink during the meal I would suggest a Belgian-style Tripel (surprise, surprise, I recommend beer) like Afligem Tripel, Delerium Tremens, Final Absolution (by Dragonmead), or Chimay Tripel.
Of course, depending on how it's to be grilled, you may want to consider a Belgian Golden Ale, such as Duvel. Duvel would work better if you are grilling on an outdoor barbecue where you are sure to develop some caramel-like flavors. A Tripel would work better if it is to be grilled indoors, as the sweetness would work well...

Either way, Cheers! I haven't had shark in years...

Oh, and shark is much to powerful for white wine, as most fish is. Wine would be a waste in this instance.

Scotch is good, but why not Rum?

I have no idea, but I would just like to have some of the grilled shark. are you grilling it yourself??

Personal decision at that point, I know that good old Grand Dad will watch over you while you grill....Sounds Delicious enjoy....

I wouldn't know because I don't drink. Also I don't know about the grilled shark, which I have never had and don't intend to try. I don't think I would like it. The only seafood I like is fish and fried shrimp. Oh and for you readers out there who have tried it, what does it taste like? Please don't tell me it taste like chicken. Ha Ha.

That would be good with bourbon and a little bit of jack and coke! You just made my mouth water! Now I know what I will have to eat with my drinks Saturday! Cheers!
