I think if you got pulled over with an O'Douls in your lap, the cop would just laugh their a** off. I would. Why would you do this?? There are hundreds of other beverages with no alcohol in them that taste a hell of a lot better.

I WOULD SAY NO BECAUSE THEY DO STILL HAVE ALCOHOL IN THEM THEY ARE NOT 100% ALCOHOL FREE BUT WHO KNOWS FOR SURE NOT ME

No, non-alcoholic beer does contain a small amount of alcohol and therefore is defined as an open container of alcohol. Sorry.
