Can I legally drink a non-alcoholic beer while driving?
Is it legal to drink a non-alcoholic beer while driving, in Calfornia? Does the answer change for different states?
Thanks!

Update: Apparently the whole question (for California) is what legally constitutes an alcoholic beverage.

I think if you got pulled over with an O'Douls in your lap, the cop would just laugh their a** off. I would. Why would you do this?? There are hundreds of other beverages with no alcohol in them that taste a hell of a lot better.
I WOULD SAY NO BECAUSE THEY DO STILL HAVE ALCOHOL IN THEM THEY ARE NOT 100% ALCOHOL FREE BUT WHO KNOWS FOR SURE NOT ME
y would u wana drink non-alcoholic beer, id either drink regular beer or a gatorade. never had a non alcoholic beer but id bet that it tastes like ****
No, non-alcoholic beer does contain a small amount of alcohol and therefore is defined as an open container of alcohol. Sorry.
