Reasons y students drink alcoholic beverages????!
Answers: choices: for peer pressure, relive strees. curiosity, medication, depression
Because they can is what I would say. If you're talking about college students that live in dorms...or just college students...they now have the freedom to do so. Before they may have been held back by authoritative figures but now that may not necessarily be there. It soon becomes apparent that they themselves must become the authoritative figure of their lives.
But yes, it can also be curiosity, depression, etc.
Delicious!
for all the reasons you listed.
because it tastes and feels pretty darn good!!
Just lucky I guess
all, accept medication. and add recreation, it's not always so dramatic.
It is mostly peer pressure and not wanting to think they are different than the rest....a pretty silly reason to risk and ruin you life.
all plus it's fun to get buzzed/drunk lol.
rebellion, lure of the forbidden
our missing one- to be sociable
Students in college, because its there first taste of freedom, and that they are away from their parents. High school, cause of peer pressure of being cool to the other kids.
I drink it to get my mind off of things.. relax.. and have a good time!
out of curiosity... and to be "cool" :-)
If you are talking about the 18-20 year old set, it is because if something is illegal it tends to be more fun.
You left out - fun, flavour, fesitivity, fornication.
I was a student once, and I never drank due to any of the 'choices' you mentioned, but all of the choices I've mentioned here.
cuz its fun to be silly every once in a while and laugh bc school is hard lol
The main reason students drink is because all human cultures use and enjoy alcohol. It is part of the human condition to enjoy a release from normal consciousness, whether by using drugs, or alcohol (which is a type of narcotic). When humans reach maturity it is natural to want to experiment, and to enjoy the sensation alcohol gives.
So, using your choices: curiosity.
