Would you get in a car with someone who drinks just one pint of larger?!
I'm not saying I recommend it, I'm just saying that one drink does not necessarily = impairment.
I'm expecting to be blasted for this...but it is my opinion regardless of what people are going to have to say about it.
Answers: If I didn't know the person I wouldn't. But I will when I am with my husband and he has only had one drink. It also depends on when the alcohol was consumed, the persons body mass and if they are male or female. Men and women metabolize alcohol at a different rates.

Absolutely not, if he's having a roadie he best have one for me and the other passengers as well; simply rude otherwise.
Nope
I've been in a car with someone who been drinks one pint of beer and from experience i won't recommend you to get in a car with someone after drinking..
no
Sure, if they aren't driving.
Yep
never I would not even let them drive
unless they way 100 lbs or less they would be fine. THey wouldn't even be neer the illegal limit unless they had 2 pints
Depends on the person, my friend drinks a pint of Guinness with me and we always drive home safe. It doesn't effect him at all. Not sure about other people though.
Yes, but I would not let them start the car.
I think a glass of beer is ok, but not more.
What is a pint of Larger?
Do you mean lager?
What is the ABV?
How long has it been since they consumed it?
Yes, I would. One beer isn't enough to substantially hinder ones reflexes. I've spent much of my adult life researching alcohol along with its effects and I would have no fear getting into a car with someone after one drink. Mass media has scared people sh#tless over the negative effects of alcohol on the system. Unfortunately, you can't believe everything that the news tells you and you sure as sh#t can't believe even half of what MADD and SADD tell you. Pick up a book, do a web search or go to Choose Responsibly web page and make an educated decision for yourself.
For the record I do not condone drunk driving. It is foolish at the very least.
yep depending on how much cool down time they've had and If i would ever get in a car with them to begin with there are way too many sober drivers who should have their licences revoked too.
One pint would hardly get an 80 lb 12 year old cheerleader drunk
