Who has the BEST Pina Colada recipe???!
Answers: Not just the basic ingredients.
Me. Peel, core and slice a fresh pineapple about 3/4" thick and put it in a BIG jug. Pour 1/2 gallon or so of coconut rum on top, cover and let it hang out on the counter for a week or 10 days. Then fetch out a slice of pineapple, cut in half and put 1/2 in yer blender. Pour in a goodly amount of the hootch, add a scoopa niller ice cream and some crushed ice and blend it up. Pour in a glass and put whatever little froo-froo thingies you want onnit.
This girl named Sara. She lives on Tusitala St. in Honolulu. She makes the BEST Pina Coladas.
