Question:

What types of booze can be put in a freezer for an indefinate period of time?

Answers:
Gin and Vodka.

only vodka as far as I know and even that does not freeze completely

Vodka and Schnapps are the only ones that are good cold and they never freeze.

The freezer isn't actually the best place to store your liquor, but if there's a reason you can't store it in a cool dark place then the freezer is alright. Frost-free freezers could compromise taste and quality.

Having said that, plain vodka is the answer to your question. Flavored vodkas do not apply.

Unadulterated Vodka

Why bother putting it in the freezer at all since booze never goes bad to begin with?

If you have a lot of booze around for a long time - you are not drinking fast enough!

I think that any type of alchoholic drink considered
to be liquor will remain a liquid, and can stay in
your freezer forever. Beer will freeze,
as you know, port wine will most likely freeze. A chemistry major could tell you the cutoff
point./////////////It's a common practice for people to put schnapps in the freezer, it seems to taste better.

any alcohol with 80 proof or higher

Anything with 80 proof or better won't freeze
