no it won't taste the same at all, why don't you try it and find out. Leave it in the freezer so it gets a thin layer of ice but doesn't freeze completely.
No, it will not taste the same... there is no valid reason to freeze beer in the first place... someone who enjoys the taste of beer does not need to drink it super-cold... that just mutes the taste.
