Wine Making Questions....?!

Question:

Wine Making Questions....?

I used this web-site to make wine. http://www.warpbreach.com/6/6.html...
Im just starting out and wanted to get a idea of what to do. I quess I want to know whats wrong with this recipe or right and what I can do to make better wine? How long I should let it sit before trieing it out and what happenends to wine when it sits? I have since made another gallon using wine making yeast. After ferminting I put into different container and tried to get as little air as possible. Thanks and I will add details if needed.

I asked this question already, but looking for good answers
When I put the question up the second time the link didnt work.

This link works great now. My only real disagreement with the recipe posted, is that you can add anywhere from 1/2 cup to 3 cups sugar. I like sweet wine, so I add alot. I usually use quick rise yeast and store bought 100% juice. Anykind of juice can be used. I don't recommend crushing your own fruit, it is extremely difficult to get all of the pulp removed and your finished wine is never really pulp free. I've never used a milk jug and a balloon, I like my glass gallon jugs and a bubbler. I hope your wine turns out great.

Bakers yeast should not be used to make wine, that type of yeast is not good because the specific strain doesnt matter since it just cooks in the bread, they wine yeasts are refined strains that are picked to make good wines.

I love wine but never tried to make it before. You know if you don't like your final product you could always try to make it out of grapes (i've never done this, i just thought of it). if you want red wine crush the grapes in a bowl(your going to need a lot to have the same amount as in a bottle) then let it ferment for about 2 weeks. Then take out the skins and seeds. Rose wine same thing but let it ferment for 2 hours to a day with the skin and seeds. For white wine you could buy a white grape or you could just use the juice of the red grape. Not the skins or seeds. I don't know if it will work, but it might be fun.
