Does vodka do this...?
Does vodka make everyone or at least most people mean and emotional? Last night a group of friends and I were drinking a bunch of vodka straight and all of us got completely pissed off and were yelling at each other and all that by the end of the night.

i think it may just depend on the person. i know when im with certain friends and they drink vodka they get friendly and fun. But give them southern comfort and forget it. either were mean or don't remeber drinking the whole bottle by themselves...oops. But I think it may just depend on the person, the alcohol, and possibly the mood they were in
In my experience, there are definitely people that cannot handle vodka well. Some people drink it and just get ornery and mean like you said. My friend's roommate is an excellent case in point. If he touches Grey Goose, he's a total jerk the whole night and teeters on abusive. Vodka seems to do this more than other types of alcohol. I pretty much stopped drinking it, there are lots of other liquors to choose from : )
