21 USA.
18 UK, Australasia, Canada, South Africa and most of Europe.
South America, no one will ask.

I can't allow you to do that.

depends on what country you are going to, some countries 21 some 18 but the best ones are the ones that you just have to be able to see over the bar lol :-D

most places it is 21

Puerto Rico the age is 18. It is also 18 in other places like the Bahamas, Bermuda, Italy, Spain, and I believe Cancun/Mexico. Also most of Europe is under the age of 18. It is not unusal for many different ages to drink wine with their meals. Also: the United States is one of the only places that has such a problem with underage drinking. If you go on a cruise though to locations with a lower drinking age than the U.S. some ships require parents signature to drink or do not let you drink at all on the ship unless your 25, but to make sure I would google it.

Only 18 in England!

canada is 18

I don't know how people can say in Canada the drinking age is 18!! -- It's not!! The drinking age in Canada is 19, in the States it is 21!!! You should find out ahead of time, maybe through a travel agency or something. Do all your homework before you head of on an adventure of your lifetime. You don't want to have it ruined, just over drinking!!

I am constantly amazed at all the wrong Answers out here!

Skyler is wrong; the USA's 21 is the world's highest age save for Nepal. In most countries it is 18 or younger.

Joan30ba... and wblueyes... are both partially wrong: it is 18 in QC, ALTA, and Manitoba but 19 elsewhere.
