Oh man, there's sooo many good beers it's impossible to choose a favorite. But some good brews I've had lately that stuck out:

Founder's Kentucky Breakfast Stout
Rougue Chocolate Stout
Weyerbacher's Merry Monk Tripel
Stone Ruination IPA
Victory Hop Wallop
Bear Republic Hop Rod Rye
Harvest Moon's Double IPA (NJ)

Weyerbacher- Merry Monk
Dogfish head- 120 IPA
Weyerbacher- Blithering Idiot
Flying Dog- Road dog Porter!

lol. dude, Unibroue is a given, lol!

Yes! Simcoe, love it! Tastes a little like grapefruit juice to me... that makes it a breakfast beer, right?!? lol!

Stone Brewing Smoked Porter
Russian River Pliny the Younger ( or Elder in a pinch)
North Coast Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout

i am a big fan of fine belgian ales. Unibroue is a canadian brewery that makes a fantastic belgian style ale. It's starting to pop up here in NYC in belgian beer bars and i couldn't be happier

Since I'm a big fan of pale ales, my favorite would have to be...

Bear Republic XP Pale Ale.

FRIGGIN' AWESOME...YOU'VE GOTTA TRY IT!!!

Their IPA is good too, Racer 5

Man...you made my mouth water!!

Corona with a lime has to be my favorite, after that its Budlight and Millerlite tied for second, and Coors Light for a close third.

Hah, just kidding, for once I wanted to see what it was like to be that moron that gets on here saying corona or budlite are their favorite beer.

Little Yeoman is a small nearby, local brewery that makes some good stuff.
Schlafly out of St. Louis makes an excellent Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout and Barley wine, both which are excellent.
Everyone has already mentioned Bells, Dogfish Head, Rogue, and Odell.
As for imports, I'm a huge fan of Spaten, Paulaner, and Tuchers (dopple bocks and marzens specificially).

Cooper's Vintage Strong Ale out of Australia is another good one, but hard to find.
