What is a good beer to try if you like Killian's Irish Red?!
Answers: What is a good beer to try if you like Killian's Irish Red? We want something a little darker, but not as dark as Guinness. What can we try?
Guinness makes a lighter beer called Smithwicks (Pronounced Smitticks) which is really good. It's an Irish Amber, like Killians. I haven't had Killians in a while but i do remember that it was in line with the types of beers that I like and Smithwicks is definitely one of my faves, if not my favorite.
Edit: Irish beat me, but yeah, try it.

Heineken Dark and New Castle are pretty good dark beers you should be able to find almost anywhere.
