Beer
Wine
Spirits
RTD (pre-mixed)
Flavored Malt Beverages / Malternatives (such as Mike's Hard Lemonade - often called Alcopops)
Cider / Perry (apples, pears, etc.)
Mead (fermented honey beverage, though not wine)
Sake, etc (fermented rice-based beverages, also not technically wine)

(Although for tax purposes, Malternatives are considered beer; cider, perry, mead, sake are considered wine; RTDs are considered spirits)
