Auction, may I auction a bottle of wine?
I have a bottle of Opus One 1997 and was wondering if the law would allow me to auction it.I live in Delaware.

In an on line auction? I would say the law would not allow that, at an auction that people are at, as long as you check their id I wouldn't see why you couldn't. I have been to church fairs that had wine in baskets for raffle.
LOL i guess you can if the church can do it.You know there are children at church.I dont think i would have told that one
