i would ask you for ID "to prove you're not a cop" then not only would i take your money AND ID, I would go to your house and tell your parents what happened and then, if i ever saw you again, i would call the cops.

NO WAY! When I was underage it was almost an acceptable practice but not anymore. In those days a cop that pulled you over would either let you go home or drive you home himself. Times have changed and people would take one hell of a chance doing this. The consequences aren't worth the risk.
