If you can't figure it out, or don't have anything better to smoke with (like a regular or water pipe), you've probably smoked too much already.

just poke a hole in the side all the way threw to the somewhat hollow core... then another one from the top (where the stem comes out) to the center(make that one kinda smaller) and place what ever u r smoking in the top and light it and smoke from the side
