Is this wine good with or without aging?

Every wine has a peak, when it is the best it can possibly be, but then it starts to turn. If you don't drink it after that point every day it gets worse and it eventually turns to vinigar.

This said, I don't know the peak time for drinking that paticular wine. It does have an excellent rating though. Enjoy it.

i think with aging...but it also depends on the brand i think

It is spelled Brunello di Montalcino. It is considered one of Italy's greatest wines and was the first to earn the D.O.G.G.
designation about 35 years ago. It improves with aging but is very sensitive if stored at too high a temperature.
