Question:

What the best thing to get rid of a hangover?

Answers:
Don't drink !!!

Eat and drink lots of water since alcohol dehydrates you.

Hair of the dog.

Plenty of water, fruits and veggies that have high water content, and plenty of sleep.

Don't get one in the first place. Are you an alcoholic ? Get help .

time

Hydration, hydration, hydration.

i heard bread is good and not getting the hangover in the first place is better

water. drink a lot of water. Hangovers are nothing but dehydriation.

Well, read and follow the Commandment the Great I Am has laid out for us, and you can take a shortcut! Don't get hungover, and DON'T DRINK!

SLEEP and ramen noodles

:P

soup, aspirin, and a lot of water!! Maybe to take a shower wouldnt be bad!

andrews liver salts! good luck

a very thick milkshake......any flavour

Don't drink and you will never have a hang over for the rest of your life.

cup of coffee, bottle of water, four aspirin, and v8 slash. not all at once, but over the course of an hour.

Best way is to just start drinking again.. you'll start feeling good again soon after.

Don't get drunk!

Really, excedrin works for me or a bloody mary. I make it a point to not get wasted on nights when I know I do not have any commitments the next day.

Well besides not drink to much. I find that taking 600mg of Motrin and drinking a 32 oz gatoraid in a flavor you like helps me. Hope this helps

Vitamin B-6 & lots of water, or even better gatorade or a sports drink with electrolytes. This may make you feel a little better, but the only thing that cures a hangover is time.

hang overs are due to dehydration.
so drink lots of water
when you go out for evry drink u drink save the bottle cap.
then drink the same amount of glasses of water wen u get in or wake up.

however sumtimes , i duno how this works, but i drink a little tiny bit of alcohol wen i wake up wiv one and then feel fine.

xoxo

Other than drinking again, gatorade or powerade is one of the better options. Also get some caffeine with it. Gatorade replaces the electrolytes and rehydrates your body, the caffeine helps with the headache and perks u up a bit. take tylenol.Stay away from ibuprofen or the like. It can and probably will upset your stomache even more than it already is. If this doesn't work.Go to bed becuz you are too hung over.

Have another drink..

Sleep, drink water and eat a slice or two of toast.... hangovers suck!

Drink a shot of whatever you drank if it was vodka or something.

Or drink a beer if it was beer.

The morning after.

And then take a nap.

And drink lots of water to rehydrate yourself.

And lots of Aleve or something...

In other words, good luck.

After sleeping it off. a few aspirins and try to go back to sleep for a few hours

cheeseburger and fries. PLUS, go ahead and have another drink. After 2.5 drinks, you will be fine. I promise.

The reason why you get hangovers is because your electrolytes are out of balance and this is due to the depletion of vitamin c in your body...ie...all the peeing that you do when you drink.
So the best thing to AVOID a hangover is to drink plenty of water while drinking or take a vitamin c pill. If you do end up with a hangover...take a vitamin as soon as you wake up and drink Gatoraide or a Propel. This will start to help you balance your electrolytes again.

I won't say don't drink too much as that is the answer to how to prevent a hangover and is useless once you have one. The best thing for me is drink a lot of gatorade and wait it out.

The next day you will wanna drink a sport's drink like gatorade, it helps with the sickness and electrolytes since alcohol dehydrates you and take some anti-inflammatory's for the headache!
