ID for buying booze in Canada?!
Answers: Can I use my health card as ID for buying alcohol at the LCBO? I have no other picture ID
As long as it's a valid identification card issued by your government with your photo and birth date on it, I see no reason why it should be rejected unless they suspect it's fake because it's uncommon.
i think it has to be a picture id with your age on it like a drivers license.. I know to go into canada you can get in wtih just a birth certificate but you have to have a valid id to drink
If you are blessed with a youthful appearance that would bring your legal age into question, you're going to need picture id. (don't feel bad though, the older we get the more of a compliment it becomes to get 'carded)
well you'd think so (to the person who said it hard when you get older to be carded lol) but no my mom (well she 's not technically "old" lol) couldn't get booze at a concert without id....My mom had a bird and was like I'm obviously not under 18 my daughter is 18 for christs sake lol....lady still wouldn't give it to her....l;ol she had to get her friend to buy it for her lol
