Does anybody know how to make lime-salt?!

Question: Depends on your use. I've done it two ways to make my own tortilla chips. Option one is lay out salt on a baking sheet with parchment. Sprinkle some lime juice over and mix together. Then spread out to dry thoroughly on the sheet.

The better way (for chips anyway) is 1/4 cup lime juice to 2 teaspoons kosher salt (increase as needed). Mix these together to dissolve the salt and then dip the tortilla pieces (not yet fried) into the solution. Lay them out on a rack so they dry thoroughly. Be sure they are dry before frying.
